01The free sample site

We may build a sample site for your business at no cost. You don't have to buy anything. Until you sign up, the sample belongs to us, and we take it down if you ask.

02Plans and payment

Plans are billed monthly, in advance, by card through a secure payment link. We confirm the price in writing before you pay. Prices may change, but we'll tell you at least 30 days before a change applies to you.

03Canceling

You can cancel any time, with no cancellation fee. Your site stays up until the end of the month you paid for. We don't refund partial months.

04Your domain and content

Your domain is registered in your name and stays yours. You own the text and photos you send us. When you cancel, we send you a copy of your site files, text and photos so you can host the site elsewhere.

05What you're responsible for

The information on your site must be true. Only send us photos and text you have the right to use. Tell us right away if a license, insurance or service detail changes.

06What we don't promise

We don't promise search rankings, a number of leads or any amount of sales. We promise to build a working site and keep it running.

07Texts, reviews and calls

If you use Growth or Pro, you agree to only send texts to people who agreed to receive them, to ask every customer for reviews the same way without rewards, and to follow the call-recording rules that apply to you. We may pause a feature if it's being used against these rules.

08Availability

We work to keep sites online, but no host is up 100% of the time. If your site goes down, we'll fix it as fast as we reasonably can.

09Limits

If something goes wrong, our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the problem.

10Law

These terms follow the laws of the State of Florida.

11Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. For clients, we'll also send an email.
